AC:.............What is this place?

This is a really interesting use of the media you selected. I really love the usage of colours (How the building/ dragon stands out.)
The shadow of the dragon is very good however, i would go back to the red building and work up some more shadowing on that since it sicks out further than the grey building to the left of it. I would also try a different angle on the dragon's head. To me it kinda looks off for some reason. The wings though are very well done.

This could very easily be turned into a small comic strip (just a thought...)
