None of my art can be used without my permission.

I've been needing to practice seriously some perspective art, so i planned this one out carefully. It still has some flaws, so any tips would be appreciated. I am familiar with foreshortening, but the thing i have most trouble with, is getting everything proportionate...in perspective.

Now as for coloring and shading, iv'e been getting a lot better at that too. This piece is mostly crayola color pencil, but the shaded areas on the dragon were enhanced with ball point pens and the highlighted areas...I touched up with white gel pen.(sigh) The original is still more vivid than this, but this will have to do. All and all, i'm pretty happy with this piece.

I fall in love with pretty much any dragon I find, so it's harder than usual for me to decide which ones to "favorite" as well as critique. But you asked for a bit of help with perspective, and I'm no expert on that subject, but allow me to try.

The way you've pointed his wings makes him look like he's trying to stop, which is perfectly fine if that was the intent. However, I think I would face the wings just a bit more back, to show the top of the wing instead of the underside, to make him look more like he's diving.

He's one of the prettiest dragon's I've come across. I love the color choice andthe design of the horns. Very well done!
